About the Private Label Program

Your Private Label version of the ABC content will contain the full catalog of assessments located on the ABC web site. All of our assessments are Internet-based, totally automated, easy to take, and easy to self-interpret.
 
The Private Label site will increase your visibility in the marketplace.
  • Use your own business or organization branding.
  • Customize the look and feel of your site.
  • Add additional links of interest to your site.
  • Send weekly or monthly auto-responders to your clients, customers, or employees.
The Private Label site is an additional revenue source and business builder.
  • Sell assessments to retail, reseller, and corporate markets.
  • Set your own pricing and discount schedules.
  • Incorporate your own products into the site with your shopping cart feature. (Available at an extra charge)
  • Offer commissions on sales of your assessment products through links to other websites.
  • After setting up a merchant account and credit card gateway, your site will be able to process automated credit card transactions.
The Private Label site provides marketing support.
  • ABC's experiences building numerous assessments allow us to share our "best practices" with you.
  • ABC can create a free version of an assessment that you design to capture the names of prospects who are interested in your analytical framework (Available at an extra charge.) This feature enables you to create a highly qualified list of potential clients and customers to which you can market - among your other products - a paid version of your assessment.
  • ABC provides a sample slide presentation that you can edit to help you customize and sell your assessment.
  • Your site comes with marketing and sales tools. The following automated functions are included: monthly sales reports, notification of assessment completion, notification of no associate or corporate account activity for sixty days, notification when associate or corporate account balance falls below five assessments.

  • A significant back-end system monitors and manages your entire site.
  • On-going sales statistics are available to you online.
  • Access our help desk at any time.
  • Send emails to various groups through the system that tracks all Associate and Individual users.
  • Access Member data even after their sixty-day home page access expires.
  • Storage for your raw data in a SQL database for current and future analyses, articles, and interviews.
  • ABC makes management of the site easy with automated functions.
The Private Label site allows you to choose generic content or customize your own.
You have the option of customizing your own assessment, quiz, or evaluation. The ABC Private Label site will enable you to sell and run the assessment online - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
 
ABC is also able to provide the following services for your customized assessments:
  • Multi-rater and company/team composite scoring capability.
  • "Dynamically programmed" generated reports with data charts and graphs included.
  • End User homepages they can access with any content you decide is relevant including, but not limited to: self-assessment results, reports, observer results, composite results of everyone in their company or team, result comparison to everyone who has taken the assessment.
  • Raw or normed scores (percentiles) provided to your End Users after ABC programs your customized assessment onto our own assessment platform.
The Private Label site is secure.
  • Secure transactions. (Available at an extra charge.)
  • Full time technical support to handle programming issues and question.
  • Back-up servers to secure integrity of data.
The Private Label site enables your visitors to set up Associate or Corporate accounts.
  • Associate and Corporate accounts within your Private Label site can buy assessments in quantities and then distribute those assessments to their own clients or employees.
  • Associate and Corporate clients under your Private Label site have the ability to monitor who has completed the assessments and send reminders to those clients or employees who haven't.
  • Associate and Corporate clients receive emails when a client or employee completes an assessment.
  • Associate and Corporate clients are able to plot assessments of a group on a single page.
  • Associate and Corporate clients are able to quickly set up sub-accounts.
  • Associate and Corporate clients pay no set-up or membership fees.
The Private Label site is an investment. ABC builds most standard Private Label sites in less than thirty days for the following three charges:
  • ABC charges a one-time Private Label Site construction and training fee that allows us to re-brand our site to your unique brand: $999.00 to $1,999.00, depending on the amount of customization requested. 
  • ABC charges a monthly fee of $99.00 for your Private Label Site hosting, maintenance, automatic site upgrades and updates and help desk support for your customers. 
  • For actual assessment credits for your Private Label Site, we have three plans to choose from:
     
    a) Plan 1: 120 Assessments for $15.00 each: $1,800.00 to be paid (interest-free) over a 12-month period: $150 per month (on an automated monthly credit card debit through Online Assessments) for 100 assessment credits per year (from the date of this agreement). Should you sell all 100 assessments prior to the one-year timeframe, you must immediately pay off the balance of the interest-free payment plan and you may start another Bulk License Plan of your choice, at which time your one-year timeframe begins again.
     
    b) Plan 2: 500 Assessments for $12.00 each: $6,000.00 to be paid (interest-free) over a 12-month period: $500 per month (on an automated monthly credit card debit) for 500 assessment credits per year (from the date of this agreement). Should you sell all 500 assessments prior to the one-year timeframe, you must immediately pay off the balance of the interest-free payment plan and you may start another Bulk License Plan of your choice, at which time your one-year timeframe begins again.
     
    c) Plan 3: 1,500 Assessments for $10.00 each: $15,000.00 to be paid (interest-free) over a 12-month period: $1,250 per month (on an automated monthly credit card debit) for 1,500 assessment credits per year (from the date of this agreement). Should you sell all 1,500 assessments prior to the one-year timeframe, you must immediately pay off the balance of the interest-free payment plan and you may start another Bulk License Plan of your choice, at which time your one-year timeframe begins again.
